About the role

ReHirers is hiring a Customer Service Representative for international calling in Rajkot, Gujarat. You will speak with overseas customers, explain the products and services, handle enquiries and work towards a sales quota, mostly over the phone from the Rajkot office.

CRM software and telephone systems are used throughout, and detailed call reports and interaction records are part of the daily routine. Excellent English, negotiation skill and the patience to stay with a call until the customer is satisfied are what separate a good representative here.

The role needs three or more years in calling, telecalling, telemarketing or a voice process. Pay is ₹20,000 to ₹26,000 a month with performance incentives, on a Monday to Friday schedule with Saturday and Sunday off. Calls run on a fixed weekday roster, and the process gives you product training and call-quality feedback through the first month.
