About the role

ReHirers is hiring a Web and Graphic Designer in Chandigarh, Punjab for an IT services and consulting client. You will design website pages and banners, social media creatives, blog images, email graphics and eBooks, holding typography, composition, colour and imagery consistent across everything the brand puts out.

Alongside the daily creatives you will concept new templates and site designs to improve how the site looks and works. Several projects and daily deadlines run together, so the role suits a self-starter who can prioritise and finish without being chased.

Pay is ₹12,000 to ₹21,000 a month, full-time and permanent, on a five-day week from Monday to Friday. A design degree and a portfolio count for more than years served, so freshers from Chandigarh with strong work to show are considered alongside experienced designers.

Produce website designs and banners with a strong grasp of design fundamentals

Keep graphic design consistent site-wide for one clear brand identity

Concept and build new templates and site designs

Design, test and produce emails, graphics and multimedia material

Create social media posts, blog images and marketing creatives

Design eBooks and other digital assets

Manage several projects at once under daily deadlines

What you'll need

Degree in graphic design or a related field

0-3 years of experience; freshers from Chandigarh with a portfolio may apply

A portfolio showing creativity, technical skill and attention to detail

Expertise in designing for web and social platforms, optimised per channel

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Able to work independently and with cross-functional teams
