About the role

ReHirers is hiring a Telesales Executive in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir. You will call existing and prospective customers, explain the products and services on offer, recommend what genuinely fits their need, and bring qualified leads to the sales team.

Account management is part of it too: keeping customers satisfied after the sale, building relationships that outlast a single order, and meeting daily and monthly targets. Persuasion, a clear telephone manner and basic comfort with technology are the tools of this job.

Pay is ₹14,000 to ₹16,000 a month, full-time and permanent, with health insurance, Provident Fund, leave encashment, paid sick leave and a yearly bonus. HSC or any bachelor's degree is accepted, and candidates local to Srinagar are preferred. Calling lists and talking points are provided, targets are reviewed weekly rather than sprung on you, and strong performers earn well above the fixed pay.
