About the role

ReHirers is hiring a Tele-Caller in Hospet, Karnataka. You will make outbound calls to prospective clients, introduce the services, generate leads and follow up until a prospect either converts or is closed out, keeping an organised record of every interaction.

You will also coordinate with the Hospet sales team so leads do not stall between calls, and handle customer questions professionally as they come in. No prior experience is needed because training is provided; energy and a steady, persuasive manner are what count.

Pay is ₹12,000 to ₹20,000 a month with attractive incentives for high performers, plus Provident Fund and other benefits. The shift is a fixed day shift with set working hours. Candidates who are 12th pass and graduates from Hospet are both welcome, freshers included. Calling data is provided, so the day starts with a clear list rather than cold guesswork, and team leaders help with the difficult prospects.
