About the role

ReHirers is hiring an experienced Site Supervisor in Delhi, Delhi for a construction client. You will run daily site operations, supervise and coordinate the work on the ground, and keep the project moving against its deadlines.

The role carries real responsibility: managing labour, materials and equipment at the Delhi site, enforcing safety measures, holding quality control, and reporting to project managers and other stakeholders. Working knowledge of construction safety standards is expected rather than preferred.

A graduation or diploma in civil engineering and prior construction or site-supervision experience are required. Pay is ₹22,000 to ₹25,600 a month, full time. For a supervisor ready to take on larger sites, the client's project pipeline across Delhi offers that progression. Site hours start early and the day is spent largely on foot between work fronts, so stamina counts for as much as planning does.
