About the role

ReHirers is hiring a Home Loan Sales Executive in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. You will build a local distribution network for affordable home loans and then work it: cement and steel dealers, building planners, masons and sanitary ware dealers are the contact points that produce the leads.

Field marketing is a real part of the job - site visits, pamphlet distribution and direct outreach around Raipur - alongside promotion through social media and handling the customer from application right through to loan servicing. Disbursement targets are clear, and so are the incentives against them.

Pay is ₹18,500 to ₹24,500 a month plus performance incentives. Freshers and experienced candidates from Raipur with a genuine interest in sales can apply, and hands-on training is given before you go out to the field.
