About the role

ReHirers is hiring Customer Support Executives for a BPO team in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer queries accurately and on time, and record every interaction and follow-up action in the system.

The process runs on measurable standards - quality, efficiency and response time - and you will work with internal teams whenever a complaint needs more than one desk to settle it. Rotational shifts are part of the role, with day-shift office timings of 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Pay is ₹19,500 to ₹26,500 a month with performance incentives. Any graduate from Tiruchirappalli may apply; earlier BPO or customer-service work helps but is not mandatory, and clear Hindi, English and the local language go a long way on this desk. Training covers the process, the tools and the escalation path before you take live calls, and performance is reviewed monthly against the same measures.
