About the role

ReHirers is hiring Call Center Executives for the voice process of a travel services client in Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, answer questions on tour packages, destinations and services, and process reservations, bookings and payments on the company's own systems.

The measure of the job is whether each caller's issue is actually settled, so clear speech, patience and accurate notes count for more than call volume. Any graduate can apply and freshers with good communication are welcome, because paid training comes before you take live calls.

Pay is ₹14,500 to ₹24,500 a month with performance incentives, on a permanent contract with an eight-hour shift. Immediate joiners are preferred for the Mirzapur customer support desk, and the team works to shared quality and satisfaction targets. Shift rosters are shared in advance, and team leaders are on the floor for calls that need an escalation or a second opinion.
