About the role

Join our team as a Call Center Executive in Kota, where you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service for a travel services client. In this position, you'll handle both inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries about tour packages, destinations, and services. Your responsibilities will also include processing reservations, bookings, and payments using the company's systems.

We're looking for individuals who can communicate clearly and patiently, as resolving each caller's issue is our top priority. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and we welcome freshers with good communication skills. Paid training will be provided before you start taking live calls.

This role offers a monthly salary ranging from ₹14,500 to ₹24,500, along with performance incentives. You will work on a permanent contract with an eight-hour shift, and immediate joiners are preferred. Our team aims for shared quality and satisfaction targets, with shift rosters shared in advance and team leaders available for support.

What you'll do

Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in Kota

Give accurate information on tour packages, destinations and services

Help customers resolve issues and address their concerns

Process reservations, bookings and payments on the internal systems

Follow up on open cases and keep call quality high

Work with the rest of the team on a seamless customer experience
