About the role

As a Call Center Executive in Gaya, you will be the voice of our travel services client, assisting customers with their inquiries on tour packages, destinations, and services. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring each caller's issues are resolved effectively.

We welcome applications from any graduate, including freshers with strong communication skills, as paid training will be provided before you take live calls. The position offers a monthly salary range of ₹14,500 to ₹24,500, along with performance incentives, and is structured as a permanent contract with an eight-hour shift.

Immediate joiners are preferred, and our team is committed to achieving shared quality and satisfaction targets. Shift rosters are shared in advance, and team leaders are available to assist with escalated calls or offer guidance when needed.

What you'll do

Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in Gaya

Give accurate information on tour packages, destinations and services

Help customers resolve issues and address their concerns

Process reservations, bookings and payments on the internal systems

Follow up on open cases and keep call quality high

Work with the rest of the team on a seamless customer experience
