Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to assist Nellore customers with their queries and concerns.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Document all interactions and follow-up actions in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer complaints effectively.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during customer interactions.
- Meet performance metrics, including quality, efficiency, and response time.
Requirements
- Any Graduates from Nellore.
- Previous BPO or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in locallanguage[ Hindi and English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in using computers and customer support software/tools.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
