As a Dispatch Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating dispatch processes, ensuring that goods are delivered on time in Jalpaiguri and nearby regions. You will manage related back-office tasks, maintain records, prepare necessary documentation, and communicate with the logistics team to ensure smooth operations across multiple locations of West Bengal .

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate dispatch operations and ensure timely delivery of goods in Jalpaiguri and nearby areas.
• Manage and maintain dispatch records and documentation and surrounding regions.
• Communicate with the logistics team to streamline the dispatch process.
• Handle customer inquiries related to dispatch from Jalpaiguri and other locations.
• Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping for dispatch activities.
